For 2022 to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, the Royal Mint released a Limited Issue Brilliant Uncirculated Platinum Jubilee 50p Fifty Pence Coin.

The reverse, designed by Osborne Ross features the numbers 70 paying tribute to the Queens 70 years of duty and service while the obverse designed by John Bergdahl features the Queen on horseback reminiscent of previous jubilee designs.
