2022 BBC 100th Anniversary 50p Gold Proof Coin Box Coa

In 2022 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the BBC, the Royal Mint in partnership with the BBC released a Limited Issue BBC 50p Fifty Pence Gold Proof Coin struck in solid 22 Carat Gold.

The reverse, designed by Henry Gray features a thoughtfully crafted design while the obverse features the Fifth Portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
