The reverse designed by Timothy Noad features "EIIR" with the inscription My Heart and My Devotion with the dates 1926 - 2021 with an edge inscription 'FULL OF HONOUR AND YEARS' while the obverse features the Fifth Portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II both designed by Jody Clark.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
