In 2019 for the second time ever, the Perth Mint released a very Limited Issue $50 Fifty Dollar Gold Proof Double Sovereign Coin struck in solid 22 Carat Gold with a special 200 Privy Mark.

The reverse design portrays St Edwards Crown, a laurel wreath, Australia and historic elements of Leonard Charles Wyon's original Type I reverse.
Also included to celebrate the 200th Anniversary of the Birth of Queen Victoria, a 200 Privy Mark.
The obverse features the stunning portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
