2017 United Kingdom Gold Proof 5 Coin Set Box Coa - Mintage 100

In 2017 the Royal Mint released a very special Limited Issue United Kingdom Gold Proof 5 Coin Set all struck in solid 22 Carat Gold.

The collection includes the King Canute and House of Windsor £5 Five Pound Gold Proof Coins, the Jane Austen and First World War Aviation £2 Two Pound Gold Proof Coins and the Sir Isaac Newton 50p Fifty Pence Gold Proof Coin.

All the coins have been struck in solid 22 Carat Gold to a Proof quality and housed in a handsome walnut-veneer presentation Box and accompanied by an individual numbered Certificate of Authenticity signed by the Chief Executive of the Royal Mint.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
