In 2014-I for the first time in history the Royal Mint in conjunction with MMTC-PAMP was granted by the Indian Government to strike a very rare Limited Issue St George and the Dragon Gold Half Sovereign Coin struck in solid 22 Carat Gold with a special Mint Mark "I" for India
and has been Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as MS68.
Struck to Royal Mint's immaculate Bullio Uncirculated quality and depicts on the reverse Pistrucci's St George Slaying the Dragon while the obverse has the stunning portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley.
