In 2008 to celebrate the 450th Anniversary of the Birth of Queen Elizabeth I, the Royal Mint released a very Limited Issue Elizabeth I £5 Five Pound Gold Proof Coin struck in solid 22 Carat Gold Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as PR70 DCAM.
The reverse features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth I by Rod Kelly while the obverse depicts the stunning effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley.
