Designed by Peter Soobik of Orange NSW, this magnificent Coronation $100 One Hundred Dollar coin carries forward the themes and imagery featured in the Mint's Accession Coin Sets.
The Gold Proof $100 One Hundred Dollar Coin recognises a newfound maturity and assuredness in the young Queen with Her Majesty links to Australia clearly evident with the inclusion of wattle in her tiara and the familiar Southern Cross in her necklace pendant.

The obverse of the coin is the stunning portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley.
