1999 Aruba Vespucci 100 Florin Gold Proof Coin PCGS PR70 DCAM

In 1999 to celebrate the 500th Anniversary of the discovery of Aruba, the Royal Dutch Mint released a Limited Issue 100 Florin Gold Proof Coin struck in solid .900 Gold Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as PR70 DCAM with special NFC Anti-Counterfeiting Technology.

The reverse designed by John Fingal features Vespucci, a sailing ship and map showing Aruba while the obverse also by John Fingal depicts a Spanish Fan, the wording Tradition with Vision and the dates 1499 - 1999.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
