In 2022 to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, the Royal Mint released a very Limited Issue Platinum Jubilee £5 Five Pound Silver Proof Coin struck in solid .925 Sterling Silver Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as PR69 DCAM First Strike with special NFC Anti-Counterfeiting Technology.

The reverse design features a Royal Mantle as a surround as used on coinage of William IV with 1952 - 2022 and an edge inscription ‘SERVE YOU ALL THE DAYS OF MY LIFE’ inspired by Her Majesty’s 1952 Christmas message.
The obverse design depicts Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on horseback reminiscent of previous jubilee designs.
Both the reverse and obverse designs have been designed by John Bergdahl.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
