| For 2018, the Royal Mint released it's yearly Limited Issue Britannia Gold and Silver Proof Collection of Coins designed by David Lawrence and featuring Britannia in a more traditional feel. The Gold Range includes the £500 Gold Proof 5oz Coin, Gold Proof 6 Coin Set, Gold Proof 3 Coin Set, £25 Gold Proof Coin and 50p Gold Proof Coins, all struck in solid 999.9 Gold and a Britannia £25 Platinum Proof 1/4oz Coin struck in solid fine 999.5 pure Platinum The Silver Range includes the £500 Silver Proof Kilo Coin, £10 Silver Proof 5oz Coin, Silver Proof 6 Coin Set, £2 Silver Proof 1oz Coin, all struck in solid fine .999 Silver. The obverse of all the coins features the Fifth Portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark. |
