Each of the 22 Carat Gold Proof Half Sovereign features the legendary St George and The Dragon reverse design by Benedetto Pistrucci, together with the special portrait of Her Majesty, The Queen by James Butler on the obverse to mark the Queens 90th Birthday.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
