2014 Britannia Mint Error Mule £2 Silver 1oz Coin PCGS MS68
In 2014 for the second time ever the Royal Mint released the Britannia £2 Two Pound Silver Coin which will be struck in solid fine .999 Silver weighing one ounce of fine pure Silver Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as MS68 Mule.
The reverse design is Philip Nathan's original portrait of Britannia while the reverse has Ian Rank Broadley's portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The coin is the Rare Britannia Mule version which has the obverse from the Lunar Horse which has no dentils around border on obverse and larger queens head.
The Royal Mint released the 2014 Silver Britannia and 2014 Lunar Horse Silver coins at the same time and got the obverse of the coins the wrong way round and here you have the 2014 Britannia with the 2014 Lunar Horse obverse which has no dentils and larger queen's head.
