In 2013 to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Queen's Coronation, the Royal Mint released a very Limited Issue Struck on the Day Coronation 60th Anniversary Celebration Gold Full Sovereign Coin struck in solid 22 Carat Gold and the entire issue of 2,013 coins were struck on Saturday 2nd June 2013 the day of the Coronation 60th Anniversary celebrations and is the official Queen's Coronation Gold Full Sovereign Coin.

The coin includes it's original Royal Mint box with it's individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
Pistrucci's St George and The Dragon, seemingly inseparable from the British Sovereign, is acclaimed throughout the world as a masterpiece of numismatic art.

Its appeal has been so enduring that, with the sole exception of the special 1989 commemorative coins, it has graced the reverse of nearly every British sovereign since Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee in 1887.
