In 2013-I for only the second time in history the Royal Mint in conjunction with MMTC-PAMP was granted by the Indian Government to strike a very a rare Limited Issue St George and the Dragon Gold Full Sovereign Coin struck in solid 22 Carat Gold with a special Mint Mark "I" for India and comes presented in a bright red display Security Mint Card Certificate of Authenticity which symbolises good fortune and power in Indian culture.

Struck to Royal Mint's immaculate Bullion Uncirculated quality and depicts on the reverse Pistrucci's St George Slaying the Dragon while the obverse has the stunning portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley.

Originally struck during the reign of George V, now struck in India in the year of the birth of our future Sovereign Prince George.
