The reverse design depicts her Royal Cypher surrounded by a garland of Maple Leaf's, noting the years of Her Majesty's Jubilee reign 1952 - 2012 while the obverse features a portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt.
