2011 Royal Mint Standard Proof 14 Coin Set Box Coa
The 2011 Royal Mint Proof Set comprises fourteen coins, including six new commemorative coins, all struck to the Royal Mint's Proof quality.
This year's £5 Five Pound Coin commemorates Prince Philip's 90th Birthday.
The new two commemorative £2 Two Pound Coins bear special reverse designs, The King James Bible 400th Anniversary and the 500th Anniversary of the Mary Rose.
Also included is the two new remaining £1 One Pound Coins of the series celebrating the Capital Cities of the United Kingdom.
Created by Stuart Devlin who chose to depict the city's Coat of Arms for each coin, the third £1 One Pound Coin being Cardiff and the Fourth £1 One Pound Coin being Edinburgh.
The set also includes the new 50p Fifty Pence Coin, which commemorates the 50th Anniversary of the World Wildlife Fund WWF.
Also included in this set in the newly designed coinage from £1 One Pound down to 1p One Pence by Matthew Dent.
All the coins have the stunning portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse by Ian Rank Broadley.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
