In 2010 to celebrate the Lunar Year of the Tiger, the Perth Mint released a very Limited Issue Lunar Tiger $1 One Dollar Silver Proof Coin struck in solid fine .999 Silver weighing one ounce of fine pure Silver and is the twelfth coin from Lunar Series I and Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as PR70 DCAM.
The reverse depicts the Lunar Tiger while the obverse has the stunning portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
