In 2008 to celebrate the XXIX Olympic Games, the Bank of China struck a Limited Issue Olympic Games 10 Yuan Silver Proof Coin struck in solid fine .999 Silver weighing one ounce of pure silver Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as PR69 DCAM.

The obverse depicts the title of PRC, the year "2008", the traditional paired Chinese dragon image and the emblem of the Games of the XXIX Olympiad. The reverse features mainly Chinese Architecture - the courtyard residence in Beijing, and colored design on Chinese traditional blue and white porcelain. The two designs are connected by the traditional Chinese Ruyo which symbolizes good wishes and face value.
