In 2006 to celebrate the Queen's 80th Birthday, the Royal Mint released a special Limited Issue commemorative Queens 80th Birthday Lenticular Holographic Medal.

Using revolutionary Lenticular technology, the coin features the first holographic portrait of a reigning monarch.
Commissioned by Jersey Heritage Trust and entitled Equanimity, the image was created by light artist Chris Levine who produced it from official photographs of the Queen taken taken during two sittings at Buckingham Palace.
The reverse designed by Harry Brockway, depicts supporters from the Royal Arms and St Edwards Crown.
