In 1982 the Royal Mint released a Limited Issue Prince of Wales 2p Two Pence Proof Coin.
On the reverse is the Badge of the
Prince of Wales with its Motto ICH DIEN (I Serve) designed by
Christopher Ironside . The obverse features the portrait of the Queen by Arnold Machin. These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
Most of the Proof Coins from the 80's come with some toning but will send you the best set we have in stock.
