In 1900-M the Royal Mint in Melbourne Australia released a Victoria Gold Full Sovereign Coin with a special "M" Mint Mark for Melbourne Mint and has been struck in solid 22 Carat Gold.
The reverse design features St George Slaying the Dragon while the obverse depicts the Veiled Head portrait of Queen Victoria.
