2022 Alexander Graham Bell £2 Silver Proof Coin Box Coa

In 2022 to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the Death of Alexander Graham Bell, the Royal Mint released a Limited Issue Alexander Graham Bell £2 Two Pound Silver Proof Coin struck in solid .925 Sterling Silver.

The reverse designed by Henry Gray features the dial of a push-button phone and the words 'PIONEER OF THE TELEPHONE' cleverly inscribed on the buttons while the obverse depicts the Fifth Portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
