In 2002 to celebrate the Queen's Golden Jubilee, the Royal Mint on behalf of the East Caribbean States released a very Limited Issue Fireworks $10 Ten Dollar Silver Proof Coin struck in solid .925 Sterling Silver with the obverse portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II plated in 24 Carat Gold.
The reverse depicts fireworks over Buckingham Palace while the obverse features a portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley. These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
