In 2000 to celebrate the Sable, the South African Mint released a very Limited Issue Natura Launch Sable Gold Proof Coin struck in solid fine 999.9 Gold with a special Launch Mint Mark "PTA Zoo" weighing one ounce of pure Gold and has been Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as PR67 DCAM.

The reverse design depicts the Sable.
