In 1979 to celebrate 10th Anniversary of the Investiture of Prince Charles, the Royal Mint on behalf of Jamaica released a very Limited Issue Prince Charles $25 Twenty Five Dollar Silver Proof Coin struck in solid .925 Sterling Silver.
The reverse design depicts a portrait of Prince Charles while the obverse features the Royal Arms of Jamaica. These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
